I am a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with significant experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I have worked in a mental health community service with children, adolescents and their families for the last 14years. My interventions are tailored for individual needs, drawing from a range of treatment modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My areas of interest include trauma informed care and early intervention.
