Andrea Creighton
Bachelor Of Counselling, Post grad cert supervision
Andy is a registered counsellor who brings a warm, steady, and compassionate presence to her work. With a background in social services, she has spent many years supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions, helping them find clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of direction.
She works in partnership with each person, recognising that they are the expert in their own life. Andy draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution‑Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients build insight, develop practical tools, and reconnect with what matters most to them.
Her areas of interest include stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship and workplace difficulties, and self‑esteem. Andy has experience working with both adults and young people, and she creates a safe, non‑judgemental space where people can explore their experiences at their own pace.
At the heart of her work is a belief in genuine human connection and the idea that small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful and lasting growth.
