Jessica Dziwulska

Restorative Movement Psychotherapy Certificate, TCTSY Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Teacher 500++, Tamalpa Life/Art Process, iRest

Jessica is a trauma‑informed movement and wellbeing practitioner with over 20 years’ experience working at the intersection of somatics, mental health, and creative practice. She holds a Master of Dance Movement Therapy from the University of Auckland, where her thesis focused on trauma‑sensitive, body‑based approaches to working with trauma.

Her clinical approach is informed by somatic psychology, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and neuroscience, and is grounded in current evidence for body‑based adjuncts to talking therapies. Jessica is trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Therapeutics, Restorative Movement Psychotherapy, iRest Yoga Nidra, and the Tamalpa Life/Art Process (Level 1).

Jessica specialises in both group and individual work with people who have experienced trauma, including those with diagnoses of PTSD and complex trauma. She works holistically, with a strong emphasis on safety, collaboration, and choice, offering personalised, mind–body interventions that honour each person’s history, strengths, and goals, and support integration, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing.
