Sarah has 20yrs of counselling experience and has been an ACC Sensitive Claims lead provider since 2022. She has had diverse experience over the last two decades working with clients with PTSD and other mental health issues individually and in therapeutic groups. She has provided individual and group therapy to teens in the mental health and addiction field and also in youth justice. She has co-facilitated women’s wellness retreats and therapeutic residential retreats for people who have been long term unemployed. Co-
creating a safe group context for people to maximise growth and learning is one of her greatest passions.
Sarah brings her experience as a somatic movement therapist with a trauma informed practice, as well as her wide experience of co-creating and holding a group process, so that the potential for kiritaki growth and learning can be maximised.
