Eat, Breathe, Thrive

A 7-week evidence-based group program supporting a healthier relationship with food, body image, and wellbeing.

Many people find themselves caught in cycles of worrying about food, feeling disconnected from their bodies, or struggling with self-criticism around eating, movement, and appearance. Eat, Breathe, Thrive is a supportive group program designed to help participants develop a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with food, body, and self.

Combining yoga, mindfulness, psychology, neuroscience, and group connection, this evidence-informed program offers practical tools to support emotional wellbeing, body acceptance, and resilience.

Whether you're navigating disordered eating patterns, body image concerns, anxiety, or simply want to feel more at ease in your relationship with food, this program provides a safe and supportive space for change.

Why a Body-Based Approach?

Research continues to highlight the important connection between the mind, body, and emotional wellbeing. By combining movement, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and group support, participants have the opportunity to build skills that support lasting change rather than relying on willpower alone.

This program focuses on helping participants:

  • Improve body awareness

  • Build resilience

  • Develop mindful eating skills

  • Strengthen emotional coping strategies

  • Foster greater self-compassion and acceptance

The practices and insights gained throughout the program are designed to support wellbeing long after the seven weeks have finished.
