Lizzy Harris

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, MSc in Clinical Neurodevelopmental Sciences, BSc (with Honours) in Experimental Psychology

I am a clinical psychologist with training and experience across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. I have supported individuals through a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate various life situations and helping them find meaningful ways forward.

I take a strengths- and values-based approach to my work, where I aim to empower you to live in line with your values and goals. I believe healing involves not only understanding your past experiences but also taking steps toward a life that feels meaningful. Healing is a journey, and my role is to walk alongside you, supporting you in exploring your experiences and making meaningful change.

Creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns is essential to me. I understand that reaching out for support can be a big step, and I deeply respect the courage it takes.

Whether you’re facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or simply navigating life changes, I adapt my approach to suit your unique needs.
